Create a new web

Create a new web

  

Name:

The name must start with an upper case letter, followed by upper or lower case letters or numbers. Specify a short name to avoid long URLs.

Description:

Enter a short description of the web. Write Web.TopicName instead of just TopicName if you include links. This description will be used in the SiteMap

Template web:

Select a TemplateWeb which you want the new web to be based on.

Sitemap:


Note, that this will only affect the list of webs on the SiteMap. The web itself is still accessible to users.

Global search:


Specify if you want to exclude the web from a global search. Note, that you will have to enter this web explicitly to search in it.

Web color:

Displayed on SiteMap.
