---+ Creating a Table of Contents

=%<nop>TOC%= automatically creates a table of contents based on the headings present in the topic. To exclude a heading from a =%<nop>TOC%= add =!!= to the end of the heading markup, e.g. write =---+!!= for a =---+= heading.
